Program / Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team in Bulford, on a full‑time, permanent basis. If you have good time‑management and organisation skills, this is the role for you!
In this position, you will manage multiple tasks and deadlines, to ensure works are completed on time and to the expected standard. You’ll play a key role in coordinating project works within the Family Funded (Billable Works) stream, as well as supporting the wider Projects Team.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Managing engineers’ and subcontractor diaries
- Monitoring project progress, from start to finish
- Creating, managing, and maintaining all Family Funded Project folders from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring families on works receive clear and timely information.
- Managing workflows in our CRM system, supporting project completion and billing.
- Providing frequent status updates to clients and attending project review calls when needed
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager and wider team with progression and coordination of works.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience, preferably within construction, maintenance or housing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft 365
- High level of attention to detail.
