Accounts Administrator (Fixed-Term, 3 Months)

Hours:

37.5 hrs/week
NRL are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Accounts Administrator to join our clients team on a short-term contract. You will support the team with financial administration, reconciliations, and occupier billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier invoice approvals and ensuring correct cost allocation.
Check lease charges, issue statements, and reconcile occupier accounts.
Support service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, and other occupier recharges.
Provide financial data to resolve queries and liaise with Client Accounts & Credit Control teams.

Skills & Experience:

Strong numerical and financial awareness.
Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Confident communicator at all levels.
Competent with Excel and Microsoft/Google packages.
Property management accounting experience is desirable.
