About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the externals on a large-scale residential development. This is a traditional build project on piled foundations, comprising 100 units in total. With 50 homes already completed, the remaining 50 units form Phase 2, which will also require full infrastructure implementation.

The project has approximately 12 months left to build out, with further developments in the pipeline. This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for a proven professional looking for a long-term career move with a respected developer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all external works across the site.

Oversee infrastructure delivery for Phase 2.

Ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are achieved.

Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships.

Report progress to senior management and liaise with stakeholders.

Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable experience in a like-for-like role within residential new build developments.

Strong track record of managing externals and infrastructure on traditional build sites.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to provide solid references from both previous employers and subcontractors.

Commitment to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.
