Conduct asbestos sampling, re‑inspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties in line with HSG
264 and company procedures. Additional duties include collecting site data, transporting asbestos samples to UKAS‑accredited laboratories approved by the company, and completing asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.

Building and maintaining client relationships, providing specialist advice, and offering technical support as required. Liaise with Asbestos Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers, Supervisor, and clients when necessary. Set a personal example and represent the company professionally at all times.

• Minimal overnight stays and localised work wherever possible.

• BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
