Location:
Salisbury Area
Salary: £30k basic, £34k OTE uncapped
Hours: 42.5 hrs per week (Mon‑Fri; Saturday on rota)
Driving licence required.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professionalism and care in every interaction.
- Drive service profitability through expert communication, accurate documentation, and proactive upselling of products and services.
- Mentor and motivate the service team to meet departmental targets and maintain high standards across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams to ensure smooth internal processes and deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Strong communicator in person and over the phone, calm and professional manner.
- Organised, confident, and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Comfortable using computer systems, managing busy workloads, and supporting others to succeed.
- Experience in the motor trade and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
