Are you a highly collaborative Modelling and Simulation Engineer ready to grow and develop the modelling capabilities for a leader in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) development? Join a rapidly growing specialist in aircraft operations and technology, contributing directly to aircraft performance analyses and flight dynamics modeling.

You will work within the Air Vehicle Design team, focused on multi-disciplinary modelling and simulation activities.

• Build models, simulate, and analyse aircraft performance and flight dynamics.
• Implement flight simulation and visualisation test environments.
• Contribute to the design of control algorithms and support the team effort to establish a library of reusable models/tools.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation (specifications, test plans) and gather modelling data through bench/flight testing activities.

• Proficient in the use of Matlab/Simulink or a comparable modelling tool.
• Demonstrable knowledge of UAV flight dynamics physics and flight control systems.
• British Citizen, able to work onsite routinely (minimum 3 days per week), and possessing the ability to hold Security Clearance (5 years residence in the UK).
