What you will need- British nationality required
- Post‑graduate degree in Human Factors or Ergonomics accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
- Experience managing human performance and risk assessments for safety‑critical tasks
Up to £65,000 with an excellent pension (employer contributions 26–30%).
Your role- Provide human factors support for inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety‑critical projects
- Develop and deliver training, policy, procedures and guidance on human factors integration
- Drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance standards
- Human factors‑based risk assessment techniques, particularly safety‑critical task analysis
- Integration of human factors risk into general health, safety and environmental protection
- Experience in high‑hazard environments
- Strong technical and behavioural capability in safety‑critical operations
