£Competitive + benefits + full training

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a head for numbers? Ready to take the next step in financial operations at a global fintech company?

We’re hiring an Reconciliations Officer to join our growing Operations team in Salisbury. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring investment records on our platform match external data across a variety of custodians and providers — helping us deliver seamless, accurate service to clients and investors.

Whether you’re coming from a platform background, client services or reconciliation function, you’ll be fully supported with training and development to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing :

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that clients’ investment positions on the FNZ platform reconcile with those held externally. When discrepancies arise, you’ll investigate and resolve them efficiently, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

Day to day, you’ll :
  • Monitor and complete daily asset reconciliation processes
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions and variances in investment positions
  • Interact with clients weekly, reducing outstanding queries and delivering excellent service
  • Collaborate across departments and external custodians to resolve issues
  • Maintain and review reconciliation procedures and documentation
  • Contribute to process improvement and platform testing as part of wider change projects
  • Stay up to date with CASS requirements and ensure adherence in reconciliation activities
What we’re looking for :

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with data and solving problems, and who is ready to bring proactive energy to a collaborative team.

You’ll need :
  • Experience in a client services or operations role — platform / wealth experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills, especially for data review and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Confidence working with external stakeholders and senior colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset
Why join FNZ?

At FNZ, we’re reshaping the future of wealth management technology. When you join us, you’ll be part of a high-growth global company where your ideas and contributions really matter.

Here’s what you can expect :
  • Hybrid working
  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • Clear career development opportunities
  • Ongoing training and paid qualifications
  • Private health and life insurance
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Paid parental leave and volunteer days
  • A flexible, people-first culture focused on impact
