Assistant Accountant – Tip Top Job
This Assistant Accountant role is designed for someone who wants more than routine reporting – it's about stepping closer to the commercial heartbeat of the business and building the skills that move you into operational finance.
You’ll sit at the centre of day‑to‑day financial activity, gaining exposure to costing, forecasting and business performance across manufacturing, supply chain and R&D. If progression matters to you and you want a role that will actively develop rather than stand still, this is where it starts.
This is a full‑time role based in the office, 5 days per week. The office is in a rural location, so your own transport is essential.

- Part‑qualified status or equivalent finance training
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with financial data
- Exposure to costing or manufacturing finance environments
- Ability to work across multiple operational areas with financial accuracy
