You’ll sit at the centre of day‑to‑day financial activity, gaining exposure to costing, forecasting and business performance across manufacturing, supply chain and R&D. If progression matters to you and you want a role that will actively develop rather than stand still, this is where it starts.

This is a full‑time role based in the office, 5 days per week. The office is in a rural location, so your own transport is essential.

• Producing cost of sales, stock and margin reporting
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitoring and supporting cost control across R&D projects
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and related reporting
• Contributing to ERP improvements and finance process development

• Previous experience supporting management accounts processes
• Part‑qualified status or equivalent finance training
• Strong Excel capability and confidence working with financial data
• Exposure to costing or manufacturing finance environments
• Ability to work across multiple operational areas with financial accuracy
