A leading consultancy organization is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join their End User Services team in Salisbury. You'll be responsible for resolving second-line incidents and managing user requests, while working closely with Service Desk and Level 3 teams to ensure top-tier service quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and an understanding of desktop hardware.

This is an on-site role requiring excellent communication and project management skills.
