Responsibilities
- Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and mortgages
- Compiling and sending out draft contract papers
- Drafting AP1's and TR1's
- Requesting searches
- Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT
- Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements
- Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
- A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competitive salary
- Monday to Friday full time
- 100% office based
- 25 days holiday plus BHs with opportunity to accrue additional days
