* Main Responsibilities:

*** Manage and steer a portfolio of up to 30 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects
* Oversee project design, planning, and execution
* Liaise with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and permits
* Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance
** The Ideal Candidate:
*** Holds an HNC or equivalent in construction, project management, or a related field
* Has proven background working in managing construction or hard FM projects
* Possesses excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Is proficient in IT tools, including MS Project
* Holds valid UK driving licence (Travel Required)
