Join our Housing Management Group and lead a dynamic Property Services Team dedicated to maintaining and improving our housing stock and related assets. We deliver responsive repairs, void property management, grounds and estate maintenance, drainage works, and estate services, ensuring homes and communities are safe, functional, and welcoming.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 52 staff as one of a small group of Property Services Team Leaders, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee responsive repairs, void works, drainage and grounds maintenance, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets and deadlines.
- Manage budgets, design projects and act as Construction Design and Management (CDM) coordinator.
- Champion customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Significant experience in building maintenance management, project delivery and team leadership.
- Degree or ONC/HNC in Building Surveying (or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong financial management, problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
