Key Responsibilities- Contract and commercial Management :
Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. - Growth :
Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. - Team Leadership :
Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. - Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success. - Strategic Collaboration :
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. - Continuous Improvement :
Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
