Role Overview :
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to support and motivate the sales team, maximise profitability, and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving volume and margin objectives. Responsibilities:
Support and coach the sales team Identify business opportunities and manage diaries effectively Oversee vehicle, finance, and insurance sales Ensure compliance with FCA regulations Train and develop the team in finance and insurance products Monitor lead management and reporting Requirements:
