The ideal candidate for the Orthopaedic/Spinal Scrub Nurse/ODP role will have:

• NMC/HCPC registration
• Surgical scrub experience in orthopaedics, including hip and knee procedures
• Spinal scrub experience
• A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• A flexible, positive, and empathetic character
