• Lead and manage a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives
• Recruit, train, monitor performance and ensure quality delivery
• Plan and carry out planned maintenance and reactive work on multi‑site commercial properties (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces)
• Ensure customer service by interacting with clients to guarantee satisfaction
• Manage vehicle, equipment checks and maintain company van and iPad use
• Report and schedule maintenance activity, use hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.

• Experience of managing a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Proficient use of hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently or within a small team

UK Landscapes Ltd is a well‑established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

£30,000‑£40,000 + based on 48‑hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed.
