The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, operations, or account handling to develop further within a technical, B2B sales environment.
The Role
As Technical Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships, supporting commercial activity, and ensuring accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating internally to ensure orders, quotations, and enquiries are handled professionally and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
* Regular face-to-face and telephone engagement with clients
* Handling customer enquiries, quotations, and order progression
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of customer activity using internal systems
* Supporting sales reporting and general commercial administration
* Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and account performance
* Providing product and technical support, with training provided where required
The Candidate

* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers

* Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, account management, or operational role
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
