• Proven experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Controller
• Strong background in automotive retail (franchised or prestige desirable)
• Demonstrable success in structuring profitable vehicle deals->{'/'}li>
• Proven track record of selling finance, insurance, and add‑on products
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance

• Expert knowledge of vehicle finance products, warranties, GAP, and insurances
• Excellent negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing skills
• Commercial awareness with a strong focus on profit and conversion

• Ability to analyse KPIs including finance penetration, product performance, and deal profitability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• IT literate with experience using CRM and dealership management systems
