Graduate Firmware Engineer – Salisbury (Hybrid)

£32,500 – £37,500 + Training + Progression + Holiday + Pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Embedded Design/Firmware Engineer to join a company that offers great progression channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing firmware applications primarily in C, undertaking schematic designs and verification, and working with clients to specify and deliver custom projects. You will also contribute to company‑wide improvement of software applications for existing products and ensure all products are designed and documented in accordance with the company quality system.

• Firmware development (C)
• Schematic design and verification
• Client project delivery
• Quality assurance and process improvement

• Proven track record in Embedded C firmware development
• Knowledge of communication protocols (RS232, I2C, etc.)
• Based locally or able to commute to Salisbury
• Non‑smoker / non‑vaper
