Job Description
- Adams Morey Saltash/Plymouth
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
- £6.40 per hour
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Service Administrator/Advisor to join our team at our site in Saltash but moving to our new site in Plymouth in early spring 2025.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Responsibilities- Meeting Customers booking their vehicles in for service.
- Answering phones and taking bookings or forward queries to colleagues.
- Responding to emails, both internal and external.
- Using a variety of software systems (data entry).
- Assisting with invoicing.
- Filling and scanning paperwork.
- Liaise with Technicians.
- GCSE Maths and English.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Motivated to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
