Senior Sales Assistant (Pandora Bigmall Samarinda) Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to create memorable shopping experiences.
Drive sales performance through upselling, cross‑selling, and meeting store targets.
Support store operations including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Assist in training and guiding Sales Assistants to ensure consistent service quality.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
