Front Desk Team Leader

The Resident Support Team Leader conducts the day-to-day operations of: the 24-hour, year-round command center and its satellite for all alarm programs; emergency dispatch;
Community transportation; communications; and Community relations. The Resident Support Associate delivers exceptional customer service and acts as the face of the Army Residence Community, its mission and its motto.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality and/or dispatch field preferred.
• Excellent diplomacy, customer service, and interpersonal relations, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential issues.
• Strong, detail-oriented skills, multi-tasking, organization, and self-management.
• Possess high level of personal and professional integrity, safety consciousness, and flexibility.
• Must be available Weekends and Holidays
• 1 year of professional work environment computer use
• Mid-Level computer and Microsoft Office suite expertise
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to/from work

• Ability to:
• stand, sit, or walk for long periods;
• lift 25 pounds or more, especially push, pull, and lift small equipment; and
• stoop, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, kneel, crouch, squat, crawl, twist, and bend at waist.
