Zinnia seeks a Senior Support Engineer I (Desktop Support) to own end-to-end IT operations across Windows and macOS desktops. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage assets, and enforce security policies while delivering fast, reliable service.
Responsibilities include incident, problem, and change handling per ITIL, using Intune, Jamf, and Kandji for software deployment, and coordinating with vendors. English and Marathi fluency is required.
