Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring, onsite at Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, TX. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST, with a base pay range of $28.00–$32.00 per hour.
You will provide end-user IT support across CONUS/OCONUS, including incident logging and escalation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 8 years of related experience, plus 2+ years in IT
