We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier craftsmanship, strict regulatory compliance, and seamless project management from groundbreaking to final inspection.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Working Foreman / Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our San Diego County job sites, lead sub-trades, manage city inspections, and keep projects moving on schedule and on budget.

  • Quality & Safety Control: Walk sites continuously to verify structural accuracy, high-end finish work, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Digital Site Documentation: Track daily site progress, upload job photos using company-provided tools, and manage time tracking/job costing via Workyard.
  • Client & Office Communication: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners and coordinate directly with our main office and contractor to report progress and address scope adjustments and requests.

  • Trade Knowledge: Strong technical proficiency across multiple residential trades, including framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, and drywall.
  • Permitting & Inspections: Proven experience walking city inspectors through plan check approvals and job site inspections across San Diego County.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and execute architectural blueprints, structural engineering details, and scope plans accurately.
  • Tools & Transport: Valid California Driver’s License, reliable truck/vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00+ per hour + Mileage Reimbursement
  • Bonuses: Performance-based completion bonuses tied to project completions.
