- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, React, and Python.
- Build backend services and REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, and CSS.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI tools and intelligent applications based on business requirements.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and relevant AI frameworks.
- Build, customize, fine-tune, and deploy AI models wherever required, rather than relying solely on third-party API integrations.
- Develop AI agents, automation tools, and intelligent workflows to solve real-world business problems.
- Work with Python-based AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search for AI-powered applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities with .NET and React applications while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Design and optimize databases, APIs, and backend services using SQL Server and other relevant technologies.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and Dev Ops teams to deliver production-ready AI-enabled applications.
- Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure for deployment and maintenance.
- Experience building AI tools or products from the ground up, including custom AI workflows and model-based solutions.
- Experience training or fine-tuning LLMs, Small Language Models (SLMs), or domain-specific models.
- Knowledge of PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, Azure AI services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and production-grade AI deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
