Summary:

** The Provisioning Analyst is responsible for coordinating, administering, and optimizing provisioning activities for enterprise systems, applications, hardware, software, telecommunications services, and user access. The role partners with Information Technology, Human Resources, operational leaders, vendors, and service providers to ensure secure, timely, and accurate provisioning that supports workforce productivity, operational continuity, and exceptional customer service. The incumbent maintains compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards, HIPAA, and service level agreements (SLAs) while driving process improvement, workflow automation, and data integrity.
** Job Requirements, Prerequisites and

Essential Functions:

**** Education
* ** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Service Now, Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience preferred
** Experience
* ** Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise provisioning, identity and access management, IT operations, telecommunications, or healthcare technology.
* Preferred experience with Active Directory/Entra , Microsoft 365, Epic, Workday, Service Now, Salesforce, Azure, JAMF, Intune, or similar enterprise platforms.
* Experience supporting onboarding, transfers, offboarding, role-based security, workflow automation, reporting, and audit readiness.
