You’re a natural organiser who plans and coordinates vehicle deliveries, collections, and transfers with efficiency and foresight. You manage driver schedules, prioritise routes, and anticipate challenges — keeping daily operations running seamlessly.

Details matter to you. You handle delivery schedules, trip documentation, and vehicle readiness with precision — making sure fuel levels, mileage, and condition reports are always spot-on.

You stay cool and composed when the pace picks up. Whether it’s back-to-back bookings or unexpected route changes, you stay focused, resolve issues quickly, and deliver consistent results.

You take pride in being the face of Woodford. Every interaction — whether with a client or driver — reflects our premium service standard. You communicate clearly, take ownership, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

You know how to lead from the front. You brief drivers clearly, set expectations, and ensure deliveries meet safety, timing, and service standards. You guide, support, and hold the team accountable for great performance.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and people - someone who can keep things moving smoothly while never losing sight of quality and service.

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) with prior supervisory experience in a logistics, transport coordination, car rental or a fleet administration environment.

Sound knowledge of local/regional geography and familiarity with GPS tracking/dispatch systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook – intermediate)

A valid South African driver’s licence with the ability to commute reliably to work.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of vehicle inspection, fueling, and handover processes.

Experience coordinating or supervising drivers/mobile staff.

Understanding of basic compliance and risk management procedures.

Plan, schedule, and manage all customer vehicle deliveries and returns.
