A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in East Kent is looking to recruit multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operatives to support continued growth within its production team.

This opportunity will suit candidates with experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly who are confident working to technical instructions and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Working from engineering drawings and written work instructions
• Use of hand and bench tools, including torque-controlled equipment
• Building sub-assemblies and final assemblies to required standards
• Maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instructions
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
