Nor Cal Construction & Development, Inc. is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to take insurance restoration projects from inspection through final billing.
You will scope losses, write estimates, work with adjusters, and manage rebuilds across Tri-Valley and East Bay regions. The role requires 3+ years in estimating or PM, proficiency in Xactimate, and solid knowledge of residential/light commercial construction, with the ability to work independently in the field and remotely.
