Lambton County Developmental Services (LCDS) is seeking Call-in Direct Support Professionals to provide support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This flexible, one‑to‑one role involves daily supports such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping, and money management. You will facilitate opportunities for skill development, independence, personal growth, relationships in community and leisure activities.

• Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community
• Teaching and assisting with daily supports (e.g., assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping responsibilities and money management)
• Facilitating opportunities for individual skill development, independence, personal growth, cultivating relationships in their community and leisure activities as directed by the person

• Valid "G" or "G2" class licence and reliable vehicle
• Clear Vulnerable‑Sector Police Check
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR
• Current certification in NVCPI or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is an asset

• $23.33 – $24.02 per hour based on experience
• Call‑in – not a set rotation
• Phased scheduling of days, afternoons and weekends
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours (up to 44 hours per week)
