Position Overview

beePLUS Workplace Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Order Desk & Customer Support Associate to support our business-to-business customers. This role is focused on processing customer orders, managing order-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and accurate experience from order receipt through invoicing. This is a customer support and administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online systems.
  • Accurately enter and maintain orders within internal systems.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Use vendor portals to source products and confirm availability and expected delivery dates.
  • Follow up with customers as required to clarify order details or resolve issues.
  • Process order changes, cancellations, returns, and customer credits.
  • Invoice orders accurately and process payments when required.
  • Communicate order updates to internal departments to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of beePLUS product offerings and services.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable communicating with business customers by phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs may be required.
