Location: Saskatoon Airport, 2625 Airport Drive, Saskatoon, SK
Employment: Casual/ Seasonal Part time
Duration: 12 Weeks (Winter Season)
Schedule: Shift work, including evenings and weekends
Compensation: $16.15 hourly
What You’ll Do
As a Curb Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth curbside operations and a safe, clean environment for travelers. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service & Support
Greet and assist travelers with warmth and professionalism.
Provide clear information and helpful solutions to customer inquiries.
Support guests with accessibility needs.
Curbside Operations
Direct commercial vehicles (taxis, shuttles, buses) to ensure safe and efficient flow.
Monitor and respond to parking equipment issues (on the job training provided).
Answer calls, radio, and intercom inquiries.
Winter Safety & Cleanliness
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and walking paths using shovels, blowers, and walk-behind equipment.
Apply sand or de-icing materials to prevent slips and falls.
Maintain tidy curbside and parking areas, litter clean up throughout parking lots and walking areas.
Record Keeping & Communication
Document customer concerns and operational issues.
Report incidents and assist with basic data entry.
Monitor entrance gates and support online booking inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
Physically able to assist with snow removal and accessibility support
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or outdoor work is helpful, but not required
