Project Details:

Based at our project in Northern , this will be a 3 week on / 3 week off rotation opportunity.

Responsibilities:

The Jumbo and Mac Lean Bolter Operators on our remote project in Northern SK is responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Follow all policies and processes at the mine site and underground
  • Must be prepared to adhere to all legislated regulations and company Health & Safety policies and perform the role safely and ensure Health & Safety is the number one priority

  • Perform duties using mechanized equipment (Jumbo and Mac Lean Bolter)
  • Construct and maintain underground installations
  • Other mining related tasks as required
  • Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an underground miner and 2+ years of experience on the Jumbo and Mac Lean Bolter
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs representative and on regular basis
  • Experience working with a variety of crew and adapt well to working with others
  • Must be prepared to adhere to all legislated regulations and company Health & Safety policies
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and able to commit to a 3 week on / 3 week off rotation in a remote location
  • Positive attitude and enjoys being a proactive member of a high performing team
  • Residents of the Northern SK and candidates identifying as Indigenous are encouraged to apply

  • Mine Rescue Medical
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Must take part in Underground Mine Rescue Training
  • If this position involves frequent air travel to and from the work site. Applicants must meet all legislated requirements for air travel to work at the remote site camp. You will be required to work both dayshift and nightshift as part of the rotational schedule 21 days on site, 21 days off site. For this safety sensitive position, you will be required to undergo a background check and be required to undergo a substance test and pre-employment testing.
