** Sanitarian
* * at our
** Martensville, SK
** location.  Reporting to the Supervisor Title this position is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation through the pro-active inspection and thorough cleaning of the Mill and all related system equipment.
** Responsibilities:
*** Cleaning of the product flow systems and equipment
* Monitor and report plant conditions
* Accurate completion of all documentation
* Confined space entry (grain bins, railcars, etc.)
* Operates in accordance with all food safety policies and procedures
* Operates in accordance with all health, safety and fire prevention regulations and practices
*
* Qualifications:

*** Grade 12 or equivalent
* Ability to work in a processing environment and adverse conditions (confined spaces, heights, hot environments)
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; planning and organizational skills
* Physically capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs)
* Ability to effectively wear respiratory protection.
* Ability to work overtime including evenings and week-ends may be required
* Proficiency with computers is an asset
