We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saskatoon. This role is pivotal in bridging Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to solve manufacturing challenges, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless integration of new designs into production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will:
Lead manufacturing problem-solving initiatives on the production floor to improve safety, quality, and efficiencyAnalyze and enhance existing processes, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity (SQDP)Proactively seek out issues, design countermeasures, and ensure implementationUtilize feedback from Quality Metrics to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with Production to implement manufacturability improvementsDesign, develop, and coordinate the production of jigs and fixturesLiaise with external contractors for outsourcing requirementsCreate and maintain work instructions in collaboration with key stakeholdersTrain operators on work instructions and standard work proceduresSupport the development of new manufacturing processes for product updates and designsCollaborate with Safety and Quality teams as neededPerform other responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will have:
Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Process EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing support or problem-solving rolesKnowledge of jig and fixture designExperience in a team-based problem-solving environmentKnowledge of electrical design (including PLCs) is an assetProficiency in MS Office SuiteExperience with CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Sigma
