Pinnacle Protection Services is looking to hire qualified security & protection officers to join our team in: NORTH BATTLEFORD for: FULL TIME and PART TIME (WEEKDAYS, WEEKENDS)

We are an ACTIVE protection company. Our guards are trained & authorized to use force and restraints when necessary to protect our clients and their interests. This position will require use of force in making arrests and detention of offenders.

• Have completed the Saskatchewan Basic Security Guard Training Course
• Have prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness
• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Have a working smart phone with messenger application abilities
• Are able to work a varying shift schedule, including night shifts
• Exhibit an ability to successfully deescalate individuals in crisis

• Secure premises and personnel by foot patrolling property, inspecting buildings and controlling access
• Prevent theft by observing business operations and clients; enforcing client policy and procedures; issuing property bans
• Complete shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Arresting and Detaining Offenders when required, ie unauthorized individuals, theft, vandalism, assault, etc
• Assist and utilize local emergency services when required; complete witness statements
• Display high levels of professionalism, integrity, observation, dependability, and punctuality

No Experience? We can assist you in registering for the Saskatchewan Basic Security Guard Training Course. Other courses that may be offered during employment include:
Defensive Tactics, Verbal De-escalation, PPCT, Restraint Devices, Verbal Judo, etc.
