• Install and repair complex residential/business alarm systems and smart‑home automation solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues using computer and networking skills.
• Communicate with customers to build authentic relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Educate customers on the possibilities of our technology and up‑sell TELUS services and products.
• Support teams during various shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

• Previous experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable with solutions‑based selling and up‑selling TELUS products.
• Active security clearance and criminal record check required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License without GDL or restrictions.
• Normal color vision; physically able to lift, crawl, climb, and work in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a bonus.
• Pro‑active, strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• Professional integrity, high performance ethic, and positive work attitude.

Security/alarm installation training will be provided.

• Post‑secondary education in electronics, computers/IT or related field.
• Security Systems Technician Trades Qualified (TQ) certification.
• Electrical FSR designation.
• Previous security/alarm installation experience.
