• Certified (or working toward certification) Personal Trainer or Kinesiology graduate
• Passionate about helping others achieve results
• Positive, reliable, and coachable with strong communication skills
• Conduct client interviews and fitness evaluations
• Demonstrate proper use of weight and cardio equipment
• Promote club services and actively market personal training
• Lead and participate in club programs, events, and staff meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle member concerns
• Recommend programming updates based on market trends
• Other duties as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of education in exercise science or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Nationally recognized certification (NSCA, CAN-FIT-PRO preferred; others considered)
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Criminal Record Check (required within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to demonstrate proper equipment usage and work flexible hours
