• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management within the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of construction procurement regulations, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with procurement software and tools is a plus.
