Heating And Air Conditioning Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems including: AHUs, FCUs, VRFs, Package Units, and Split Units
• Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs efficiently.
• Manage spare parts, materials, and inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
• Plan, supervise, and manage HVAC maintenance projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, handling complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow PM schedules, maintenance checklists, and method statements.
• Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed as per standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, logs, and records.
• Coordinate with OEMs and subcontractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Support site inspections, audits, and client meetings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Located at southern region.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in HVAC maintenance (FM or maintenance company).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
