Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Transportation and Traffic to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop effective mobility solutions that align with community needs.

• Conduct transportation and traffic studies and analyze data to identify challenges and future needs.
• Develop transportation models and evaluate the impact of proposed infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to design effective transportation plans.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Engage with the community to gather feedback on transportation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation and traffic engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in transportation modeling software and GIS.
• Proven project management abilities.
• PE license is an advantage.

• Traffic Engineering: Expertise in traffic analysis and engineering principles to evaluate and improve transportation systems and infrastructure.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze transportation data, facilitating informed decision-making and planning.

• GIS and Modeling Software: Proficiency in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and traffic modeling software to support data analysis and visualization efforts.
