HSE Engineer - HV Transmission & Substation

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and safety-conscious HSE Engineer to join our high-voltage transmission line projects (both overhead & underground) team in Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the health, safety, and environment (HSE) of our workforce, the public, and the surrounding environment during the construction and commissioning of overhead and underground power lines. • Bachelor's degree in safety engineering, industrial engineering, occupational safety and health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles on construction projects, preferably in the power line industry.
• Thorough understanding of relevant HSE regulations and best practices in OHL / UG construction.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of working with SEC ISO  5 STAR safety is preferable
• National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)
• Knowledge of conducting Site Internal Auditing as per SEC Procedure
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HSE documentation software.
• Non-citizen applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
• Driving License

• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Valid SCE membership
