System Analyst - PM; Kuwaiti Nationals

Job Description:

• Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes of Plant Maintenance.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Ensure SAP PM is available to the users.
• Assist business by providing support and rollout new solutions around Plant Maintenance & asset management.
• Implement and support the best practice solutions across the business.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the system.
• Assist in analyzing complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Support business users in delivery of end user training as required
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Create and handle SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Assist in optimizing functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline, Preferably Engineering, SAP Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance

Preferred Experience:

• Preferably 2+ years relevant experience in the domain, 5+ years of experience in supporting SAP PM Module.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules will be added advantage

• SAP configuration and implementation experience

• Business knowledge in Material Management & Plant Maintenance
• General experience in IT operations and support methodologies e.g., ITIL
• Experienced in at least 2 full cycle project implementations/upgrades
