What You’ll Do- Support and optimize dairy processing (pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation).
- Improve product formulations and ensure consistent quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support root‑cause analysis.
- Assist with new product trials, scale‑ups, and validation tests.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and internal quality standards.
- Train production teams on dairy processes and product requirements.
- Bachelor’s in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in dairy manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
