Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on quality performance, trends, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the development and review of documentation related to quality management systems.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and certifications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Quality Management systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Automotive Industry Standards is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
