Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to guide clients through their dental care journey. This role is key in presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage and financial options, and ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their care decisions. You will work closely with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative team to support smooth treatment delivery and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and professionally

Review treatment fees, insurance estimates, and payment options with clients

Coordinate scheduling for approved treatments and follow up on unscheduled plans

Document client discussions, decisions, and financial arrangements accurately

Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth care delivery

Support a welcoming and positive experience for all clients

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare office preferred, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes is an asset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
