• Basic food and wine knowledge
• A genuine interest in the industry
• Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
• Excellent personal grooming standards
• 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths

• Work on a variety of occasions from family celebrations to celebrity events
• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our highly-valued guests
• Provide first-class information on our food and drinks package
• Demonstrate calmness under pressure during peak times
• Ensure that our guests want to come back for more
