We’re getting ready to open The Courthouse
, our brand-new pickleball pro shop, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the experience, culture, and reputation of a new pro shop from the very beginning.

The Opportunity

As a member of The Courthouse team, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished, and exceptional experience for our private club members and guests. From the moment someone walks through the door to the last interaction of their visit, you’ll help ensure that every experience reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service.

This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, contribute ideas, help establish our standards, and take pride in building something special together.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every member and guest.
• Support retail operations
  , including assisting customers with merchandise, maintaining an attractive and organized pro shop, and processing purchases.
• Manage phone communications by answering calls professionally, providing information, and taking accurate messages.
• Coordinate reservations and help manage bookings with attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently outstanding member experience.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Help build our culture by bringing a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
